upgraded internet speed

Question

i got a new package with supposedly double the internet speed....not only have i noticed no improvement, it actually seems slower at times. and yes,i have a proper modem...so what am i paying for exactly???

Hi Averica, I'm sorry that you haven't seen the speed increase that you expected. So that we can generate modem connectivity data, please follow the steps at  bit.ly/HowToRunCoxSpdTest, log in to cox.com, and run the Internet Speed Check tool a few times.
