Outages

So tired of the outages.  Happens way too often . It’s a least once a week and sometimes twice a week.  Hours to get service back. Should get credited for this. I wonder if T-mobile is better ? 🤔🤔

Same. I live in Arizona and I've been a long-time customer. The past couple weeks, constant outages. And terrible customer service on top of it. Everyone gives you a robot, automated answer. Does Cox even have real people helping with support anymore?  I'm looking for a different company to switch to.

@Tazdevilds​ me too. I’m in Az and my internet has been down since Sunday and tech can’t come until Thursday. I’m looking for better service too!

Ditto!!! Ours was down yesterday and now again today. Not expected to return until after 9 PM very frustrating when I work from home we should charge them when their service is down.👍
