My wifi

Hi everyone, I need help to access to My wifi section on Cox website to change the wifi password.

The issue is it couldn't detect my internet, wifi modern, it's said both are not connect.

The site also showed an alert said "Error 408, we're currently experiencing system difficulties. Please refresh your browser." Which I waited for a day to try again but nope, it still show me the same thing.
