Probably because it's an FCC complaint and they don't want those out in the open.

They replied and opened it up, but I'm tired of this. Last time I spoke to one of the techs they said it looked great and I asked whats the response time and they said between 15 and 480ms. But it looks good, no packet loss.... lol

It's ok. I'm currently fighting with them about their data measuring tool not being accurate and they just keep telling me it's correct. I literally have the data to show it's not but they don't care.

Log your modem data daily. Mine were in the millions on 16 channels each day... That's not me going over that's their network... They tried to charge me for the visit, and for the overages.

I took a screen shot after I posted it. After the last post that was flagged as spam, I saw how your forums business model is handeled.  Whats wrong with Cox? I'm going to add that to the FCC report...
