internet speed upgrade
I accepted an online offer for a 1000 GB internet plan a few days ago and I am only getting about 300. I did several modem resets, and also checked the speed using another device. When I spoke with a tech yesterday she kept telling me my plan was only for 500 - not 1000. Looking at my account via the Cox website it shows I have the 1000. Please help.

We have the same issue. Our plan is for fiber optic yet we are a few hundred feet outside the zone.
