Internet Down
Since the PLANNED OUTAGES here in broken arrow our internet is down almost daily
As a day trader this cost me $5,000 just today. Could Cox please solve these issues ASAP. I would change service BUT all the other services *** TOO
come on COX!!!

Cox residential subscriptions do not have support service level agreements. If you are going to run a "internet can't be down" business from your home, you should consider a commercial subscription with SLA's (if available) and definitely consider a router which supports cellular fail over. When the main internet service goes down, the router will fail over to the cellular connection.

Oh yes I am behind you I have exhausted alllll of my PTO time just to cover my missed hours and pay for the month of June...over 40 hours. I too work from home where this effects my weekly and daily life to the extent that it would seem unfathomable. I missed five hours Monday ...that’s about 90$ and seven hours yesterday which is about 120$ and Cox gracious credited me $3.24.... now again this morning had a internet outage high traffic warning and is prob out and I can no long supplement my pay with anything cus I’ve exhausted it all.
