How long does shipping takes?
My old modem needed replacing so the live chat rep put in for a new one on the 7th. Apparently, the new modem shipped on the 10th, but I still haven’t received any emails with tracking info or anything. I haven’t received the modem either. I don’t know what to do. How long does it take to receive tracking information and/or the modem itself?

3-4 days after the order has been processed, which varies. As per here. Sounds like yours hasn't processed yet. I would call Cox and make sure the order is completed.
