I pay over $350 a month for cable and gigablast. I’ve been in my home for almost 20 years and service was always consistent until about two years ago. I have gotten everything that I was told to get and yet my service is spotty at best. The cable goes down often and then when it does play the sound and the picture don’t match. It’s like it’s constantly buffering. I’ve had technical support come out several times and it fixes the problem for a little bit and then back again. Internet service goes down quite often usually in the middle of the night, which makes no sense even though the app says there’s no outage problem. Several people in my neighborhood will say the same thing, but it feels like we’re ignored. I don’t know what to do anymore because there’s no other options really in my neighborhood. I don’t want satellite… I’m on a fixed income and I need help.

You probably have a signal issue at your node. Cox is more likely to expedite an issue after receiving complaints from multiple customers in the same neighborhood. If you know your neighbors, provide them with Cox contact information and explain why each of them contacting Cox directly is important, rather than relying on someone else to report it. The more people that report your issue, the more likely Cox will fix it.
