Hi asayre05, I would recommend double checking your settings or perhaps resetting both the router and your printer.

@asayre05 your printer will probably need to connect wirelessly at 2.4gHz and not at 5.0gHz. Depending on your modem/gateway you might need to go into the settings and set your printer up that way, OR check the manual that you can find here: https://epson.com/Support/Printers/All-In-Ones/ET-Series/Epson-ET-4800/s/SPT_C11CJxxxx#manuals The little screen on the printer should also be able to help you set up your printer wirelessly. You will need the information from the bottom of the modem/gateway in order to sign in, and it's usually "admin" and "password" but could be different on your modem.
