Email problem

I can sen and receive email on my iPad and iPhone but not my MacBook Pro. I don’t use the computer often but I do need it for tax stuff. I probably haven’t used it since last February. Any idea how I screwed up the settings?

Hi, Rich. I want to help. Although the server settings are particular to Yahoo now, here is a link for the specifics: POP access settings and instructions for Yahoo Mail | Yahoo Help - SLN4724 I hope this is helpful.

Thanks for trying to help but I think I need someone that can walk me through it, it’s been quite a while since I’ve done any of this stuff. It’s above my pay grade these days.

Hi Rich,

I understand. Have you accessed your email since it was transferred to Yahoo last year if not then the first thing you will need to do is log into your Cox email address through Yahoo https://mail.yahoo.com/ . This will complete the transfer to Yahoo and take you to your email.
