Wrong channel numbers

The on-line guide lists the wrong channel numbers, even if I log in.  For example, the on-line guide says NBC is channel 4, but my TV says it's 12.  [This just started fairly recently, around November 2013.  The on-line guide used to list the correct numbers.]

It looks like your NBC affiliate is now KPNX out of Phoenix. The correct channel listings are at http://ww2.cox.com/residential/tv/channel-lineup.cox  . Make sure the location at the right is set to Glendale, Arizona.

It seems the channel lineup page is showing different information for the two viewing areas, Phoenix and Tucson, but the TV listing page is not.

I'll put in a ticket to our web support people. Sites like http://tvguide.com/Listings and http://tvlistings.zap2it.com/tvlistings seem to be correct for this ZIP code in the meantime. Sorry about that.
