Why does my webmail ***
I pay the most for this email system and it is the worst. The enhanced version is slow to load, will not backspace, is counterintuitive and is plagued with glitches. Why?

The backspace problem you've described is actually a known issue with webkit based browsers (Chrome and Safari). It seems these browser use the backspace key as a shortcut to the back page function if I'm understanding the problem correctly. An improved webmail interface however in the meanwhile you can work around this issue by switching to the classic version of webmail.
