whole room dvr issues

Seems every Sunday I have theses issue. I record showtime and the channel always says off air switch to another channel. Well again today Sunday same thing. Now ts two channels.. History channel today. That's two more shows I can't record or watch and don't play on on demand. Bout to switch service with another provider just to insure my shows won't be missed. This whole room DVR is a crock. Pay out my a## to get half service. 

Prolly more channels just don't feel like looking. Tomorrow a phone call is in place.

Tried box resets and no good..
