Thanks for reaching out to us through the Cox Forums! I'm sorry you're having trouble with the WatchESPN app. Are you able to log into the app with your Primary Cox User ID and password?

The WatchESPN app is tied to your cable subscription, so make sure that you meet all the requirements found HERE. If you do not subscribe to ESPN through Cox, you will not be able to use the WatchESPN mobile app; access is limited to ESPN3 online content at WatchESPN.com.
