volume control on remote
We had our subscriptions to the movie channels, HBO, TMC, Starz, Showtime, Cinemax, #'s 300-366 taken off. After doing so we no longer are able to use the volume control on the remote. Can anyone tell me why it no longer work, we was able to do so before, but can't now.

Wow, thats a odd one. I can't see how those two things are related at all.
When you say you had the movie channels taken off, do you maybe mean you had the cable box removed? If so, you would no longer want to use the Cox remote, and would want to use the TV remote.
Other then that, when you press "Volume Up" which button on the remote lights up? Cable or TV?
