Hi - I live in an apartment complex and experience constant disconnect (5~8 per hour) during the day. I called up the technical desk and they refreshed the model which temporarily fixed the problem. However, I am still experiencing intermittent drops.

Standard questions: what gateway or modem/router do you have? Are you connected using an Ethernet cable or over WiFi? Does the disconnect happen with wired devices or just wireless? Do you see any change in the lights when the disconnect happens?

I was able to locate your modem and your levels look good but it's making frequent power adjustments. Over the last few days I've only seen the modem change wireless channels once, so I don't think interference is a problem. I'd suggest plugging the modem's power cord into a different electrical outlet so we can see if that will correct the adjustments it's making.
