Two Providers

I am switching my TV from DirecTV to Cox. DirecTV is still active for a few days. I tried to connect my new Cox cable box but cannot get a signal. I did activate my Cox service. Any ideas? Thanks.

Yes, your wiring is still connected to DirectTV. DirectTV signal and Cable signal can't go on the same line. You will probably need a installation technician.

Since you are switching from satellite to our service, you will need a pro-install to connect the main line outside. Please email me at cox.help@cox.com with the best day and time and a link to this post.
