TV picture size

My TV picture has left from full screen on all channels including HD 1003 etc.What do I need to do to reset.I have gone in to set up & changed to 1080 & size increases but the next day again it is a shrunken picture.Thanks for your help.

Hi Lillie, what are you seeing on the screen? Have you checked the TV's settings yet? Please provide the manufacturer/model # for the TV set and the cable box.
