TV Box
I have 2 cable boxes in my home, one down stairs and one up stairs. One question i have is I also have Contour whhich advertises I can record 6 programs at once, I cant, still just watch one and record another or record 2 and watch a recorded show. Something wrong with the box??
Second questions is in my upstairs box, I am unable to go back on a show I am watching, not recording, like I can downstairs. It also takes a few seconds for the box to freeze the scene. I can go back if I'm recording the show but not if watching like I can downstairs.

Which DVR ("box") do you have? Contour will record 6 shows at once only if you have the 6-tuner DVR - the Cisco 9865HDC. Other DVRs, like the Cisco 8642HDC, will record only 2 shows at once.
