Slingbox 500

I would like to add a Slingbox 500 to my home TV system so that I can watch my programs on my iPad. Is the Scientific Atlantic cable box provided by Cox compatible with the Slingbox 500?

We don't provide support for Slingbox but maybe this will help.   http://www.slingbox.com/en-US/Products/SlingTV/Specifications.aspx
