Billing from Cox to Spectrum

With cox for 500mbps my bill has been 70.00 with spectrum now it is 94.00.

I looked at their plans and for the same 500mbps they are offering the plan at 40.00. What the heck!

If you were a current Cox customer did you receive a 30 day notice of a rate change? If not, then reach out to your local advisory council who can facilitate a reply from Spectrum. What state are you located in?
