I have had service interuptions starting at or around 7:30 pm every night for four days now. I have called every time this happens. I lose phone Internet and the cable goes of and on I've and over. They sent a technition and he just checked my home and connection to my home.. Still did not fix it. Called agian and explained agian that this is a bigger issue than a bad connection on my end. After being told yesterday they were going to send yet another tech out Sunday and iight be charged for it I am starting to get frustrated. Then tonight they actually asked me if I checked my connections to my box's. I used to install cable and I am starting to feel insulted. I explaine this and told them this is not just my service. And my whole neighborhood is experiencing the same outage and this is not my house connection. Now I have to wait till Sunday to explaine the same thing to another tech only for him to Check my lines say its fine and leave. Then about 0830 we will lose service agian. When do you guys finally say ok there might be a bigger issue and get some line specialist out here to trace the problem? I would love to talk to someone with actual service experience so they will understand what I tell them and not a phone clerk.. This is getting frustrating.

Hi SGT Wade,
The initial service appointment shows the technician finding a bad fitting outside of your home. I am showing the technician has already been out to your home to take a look over everything. He was not able to find anything wrong on today's visit. When your services go out, do they tend to come back up on its own or do you have to reset a few things on your end? Taking a look at the levels to your equipment, currently everything appears to be getting a good signal. Can you keep an eye on it this evening and let us know if the problem comes back? Due to the technician coming out today and the problem is persisting, we can have it escalated to the field.
