Replacement power adapter
I had Cox internet service a year ago and I just re-enabled it. At the time I bought the Netgear CG4500BD gateway from Cox instead of renting it. Having re-established service, I pulled the gateway out of storage and couldn't find the power adapter. I tried looking online for a 12v2.5a adapter with no luck and it seems this device is only sold at Cox locations. Would I be able to go to a Cox store and pick up a new power adapter, or is there some other way to get a replacement?

Unfortunately we don't have power supplies for specific equipment for sale. You could try Netgear's support to see if they offer them. Another possibility is you could take your chances with the Internet at large and see if anybody sells such a part with the same specifications.
