Power restored but not Cox/Spectrum

My power was restored Saturday a day after the hurricane hit. I'm sure the power company already have you permisible to enter my neighborhood now.. Will be be 4 days more and no Spectrum trucks in sight. Yet, articles after articles say Spectrum is following behind the power company to restore service. I see other neighborhood posting they got their Cox/Spectrum back within a day of getting power back. I mean come on now... my power was back 4 days ago!
