This is a strange one. I wanted to watch "Of Kings and Prophets" on ABC and scheduled the series.
After a few shows ABC cancelled it. But now the show is on my "Scheduled List" and can't be removed from that list.
It isn't in the guide, therefore it will never be recorded, it can't be removed or cancelled by me. Basically it is a ghost.
There needs to be an option on both the Contour menu AND on the Cox website so it and any scheduled recordings can be removed manually if need be.
I have already contacted tech support leaving them scratching their heads too.

With the original Contour guide, if you go to DVR List/Series Manager tab and select the program you want to remove. When you press select you should get an option to remove it from the schedule. I don't have Contour 2 so can't help there. As far as the website, it can only schedule a recording (Contour 1), you can't view, change or delete a schedule from the site.

Can you verify what type of Interactive Program Guide (Rovi, Contour) you're using or the model of the receiver you have?

My box just says Contour on it and when looking in the about tab I could find no other name.
But, I finally got the show off the scheduled list.
Contour button. Scheduled shows. Start down the list and go back up to "Priority". Selected the offending show and pressed D. Then delete it when asked.
