Phone Charges

I have interstate coverage on my bundle yet they keep charging me for out of state calls! Totally getting fed up with theses charges and sick of calling! What can be done beside getting rid of Cox period?

Have you talked to billing? Do they give any clues on why it keeps happening? Don't think anyone around here will be able to help much. Mostly a tech forum.
