Parental Control - cannot cancel
No one in our home is under the age of 24 (unless you count the pets). We have been fighting with the Parental Control business for more than a year (and have spoken with tech services). It comes up almost every day either during The Tonight Show, Craid Ferguson or SNL. We can't seem to stop it. I am about ready to take our digital box out for target practice - it is getting that ridiculous.

Did you see if Cox can reset your box and removed parental controls? How did they get setup any if no one is under the age of 24?

Technical support does have a process by which we can reset the box and clear the parental control settings. If that doesn't work you may just have a malfunctioning box that needs to be swapped out.
