OnDemand Not Updating
OnDemand hasn't updated for two weeks -- for example, neither the Nurse Jackie episode from last night, nor the episode from two weeks ago appears (also true of half a dozen other shows on regular channels like NBC and expanded cable channels like BBCA). I've reset my box and nothing changes.

Our records indicate that we performed maintenance this morning on On Demand. Please try power cycling (unplugging) the box again and let me know what happens.

No. After receiving multiple conflicting messages from different Cox representatives, I went to the office and traded my box for a new one to resolve the issue.

Actually, although all other On Demand is working and updates now with the new box, Showtime continues to not update. The last several weeks of Nurse Jackie (the final two episodes of the series) and Penny Dreadful continue not to show up, for example.

Can you provide more details as to the particular Episodes that are missing from the Series? Also, If you're finding that titles are missing, let us know if this is in HD or SD.

Could you provide more details as to the Showtime Series that you've mentioned missing episodes? Which Season and Episodes are not updating and is it HD and SD? We want to get to the bottom of this.

Nurse Jackie is missing Season 7, episodes 11 and 12 (the final two of the current/final season), which aired at the end of June -- they were never added. Penny Dreadful is missing Season 2, episodes 8, 9, and 10 (the final three of the current season) -- again, hasn't updated since mid to late June. I tried HD first, and when they weren't there, I tried SD, but they aren't there either. If any other shows are currently airing, I would suspect they may be behind as well.
Frustrating to pay extra money for a channel and have the On Demand ads perpetually tell me how I should "catch up" on these shows, but I haven't been able to see them for a month...thus, paying for a month of a channel for no reason.

I couldn't repeat these missing Episodes On Demand. We've reset the box for good measure in hopes to see if this may update the On Demand titles. If you check the On Demand Menu by Saturday morning and don't find these episodes please update us here on this thread.

They're now present in SD, but still not present in HD.
