On demand movies
I just ordered a movie from On Demand for the first time and it is one of the 24 hour rentals. So it says that I have until 10:14pm Wednesday to view it. But when I try to view it, it says it is unable to load and try later...so will I still only get until tomorrow even though I can't view to right now? I'm just trying to make sure I didn't do anything wrong. Thanks!

When that message comes up there is a trick where if you press Fast Forward on your remote, it will give you a code. That code tells a little bit about why the movie didn't play. Sometimes it's the cable equivalent of a busy signal, and trying in 5-10 can work, but more often then not it's a signal problem. Either way, if they can't fix it over the phone then they should issue you a credit.

Our billing system will only charge the account if the movie actually starts to play. If the rental didn't make it that far, the account will not be billed. I'm happy to review the account and verify. Please email me at coxhelp@cox.com.
