Narration in Movies

It sounds like the Descriptive Video Service was activated. Video Description is an audio-narrated description of what's happening during the television show. Video Description makes TV programming more accessible to individuals who are blind or visually impaired. It activated through the SAP setting on your TV and/or your cable receiver. What cable receiver do you have? Disable SAP (Secondary Audio Program) on your cable box via the Settings or Menu buttons on your remote. The TV itself may have a SAP option, so also disable SAP via the TV Menu. Please let us know if this helps!
