missing on demand channels

NBC and Fox do not appear on the main On Demand TV Networks menu (nor under channels N-S / D-G).  Spike has been missing for weeks, as well, but the NBC & Fox omissions are new.

For the Rovi IPG, On Demand folder TV Networks has Fox VOD and NBC VOD folders. If you're not seeing these folders, please unplug the power to the receiver for 20 seconds, and allow the receiver to reload.
