Mini box activation.
Picked up Mini box at local store 8/3/2015 at 1000am. Installed Mini box at tv location and it went through downloading and verification just fine and the tv work as it should. Later I recieved an e-mail that said I had not activated my Mini box so I followed the directions and activated per the letter. My Mini box now does not display video and the only way to get sound is when I ask for GUIDE then the guide comes up and sound also but still no video. I have tried activating twice more and also tried removing power then reinstalling power. The Mini box appeared to reset but still have the same problem. The number I was given to call for activation has been busy since 1030 this am. What the devil is going on.
