McAfee Subscription

I have two hopefully simple questions:

1) What is included in the Cox provided McAfee Total Protection Package? Particularly, is the McAfee online password storage service included (it allows you access your passwords in one place from anywhere anytime).

2) I had a McAfee package from Dell which has expired. I am not having any problems with my current McAfee service from Cox, but do I need to delete my "Dell" account with McAfee to avoid any potential conflict when dealing with McAfee regarding my Cox Account?
