Maintenance downtime notice?

I keep seeing a scrolling notice about maintenance downtime, but it doesn't stay there long enough to read it. Is there scheduled maintenance coming up for Topeka customers soon? If so, when, and how long? And will it affect tv and internet both? It would be helpful to know ahead of time! The info scroll just doesn't stay up long enough ... I don't have my eyes on the tv screen every single second (esp if I'm on the internet at the same time) so it's hard to catch it. Thanks :)
