Main internet screen location

When I enter the Cox website (http://myconnection.cox.com/) there is a location in the upper left. My location is Henderson, NV 89052, but it keeps changing to Atlanta, GA. Why and how does it keep changing and how do I stop it?

Hi Spencenvickie,

I tested the issue with the location, it looks like the location defaults to Atlanta, GA. In order to save the location you would need to have cookies enabled to maintain that information. If you have your browser set to clear cache every time you close it you will need to choose your location each time you login.

I am located in the Phoenix Arizona area and having the same issue when I open IE 11 - location set to Atlanta Ga. I have confirmed that my browser is not set to clear cache on exit.

If you updated to Windows 10 Creator 1703, I've noticed the Cox website is doing weird things like this.

I tested this with Chrome Version 58.0.3029.110 and IE 11 with my personal login. The location stayed the same and did not default back to Atlanta, GA.
