Just replaced an old Motorola Surfboard modem with a new Netgear CM400 modem. Last two days i had 4 bonded upstream channels. Today I only have one. Is it an issue with my service or something else?

What was the solution may I ask?
PS. Seperate issue, but seems like the support article for the modem is broken. None of the links work. FYI to a Moderator.

It looks like you marked this post as resolved. Were you able to get the upstream channel issue resolved?
Health Edge: Thanks for letting me know about the issue with the Netgear CM400 support article. I've asked that it be updated with the correct info!

This issue is still not resolved. I only have 1 upstream channel. When I hooked up the modem, I had 4 upstream channels.

When I look at the modem from here the upstream power levels are well above acceptable levels. If you have any cable splitters you can bypass I'd suggest trying that first. Should that fail it may be necessary for a technician to come and troubleshoot further.

No splitters in on the line. Line connected directly to modem. I had all 4 upstream channels until this past Sunday afternoon.
