While the instructions given (*72/*73) will still work, technically they are the Cox Business instructions. Here are the Residential instructions. The Call Forwarding Remote (if you have it) instructions are slightly different. But if not at home, it's easier to use Cox phone tools. See here for instructions on enabling it that way.
