internet down
My internet will be down 1-3 times everyday,but it will come back after a couple of minutes.

Looking from this end no obvious problems are standing out. Are you seeing problems with the wired connection as well?

Cox is absolutely the worst service I have ever dealt with. It started about 2 years ago with the dropouts and they have only gotten worse as time goes on. I've been looking into another service for both TV and internet. Like a huge number of others, I am simply fed up. Cox had better get its act together soon or... bye bye customer base, hello courtroom.

Looking at the account history if you're having all these problems with multiple services I'd say it's probably time to arrange for a technician to come out and troubleshoot further.
