Internet connectivity issues\drops daily

Receiving this error several times a day. Can this be addressed at your end or is tech needed at my house? This has been on going for about a week.

The T3 errors would be more indicative of a problem than anything.  Upstream power levels being reported by your modem are right at the maximum of what we consider acceptable for reliable service.  if you have any splitters you could remove or could check your cabling or fittings for any damage that may help.  Should you not find anything there it may be time for a technician to come out and troubleshoot further.

Cox San Diego Internet has been hosed since Aug 20, 2012. The symptom is your cable modem will lose it's connection and reset to reestablish connect. This happens akk day long.....I suspect they rolled in an overnight update which screwed up the workd & all the kings horses & all the kings men have no clue how to put humpty back together again......so we're all hosed until the hen lays another egg wtf! When you call cox support, immediately a recording  of"If you're experienceing internet trouble bla bla bla"....nsdf!, the the whole system is so screwed up everyone is experienceing internet issues! You can't even get humans on the line they're so busy running round like chicken little's.  All they need to do is a roll back to where the system was 10 days ago & it would be cured......but they're clueless so we're all back in the freakin dark ages. & because of the politics we don't even have a choice! it's either cox.... or unplug & go dark which I would if my kids didn't nedd this sh't for schoo;.. as soon as they graduate I'm going back to the dark ages.....put my money in the bank!
