Import from Apple Address Book
Is there a way to import my contact list from my Apple contact list?

I assume you mean export from a Iphone and then Import to Cox Webmail? If so you would need a App on your Iphone first, maybe this one. And then export them using the App to a CSV, and using the CSV import them into Cox webmail using these instructions. There are other App though, so feel free to look around and find one you like best.
