How?
How does a person go about putting files in the cloud account? Not the backup, just putting the files in.

go to drive.cox.com and sign in with your primary id. Select File Manager and upload to your heart's content.

That answers my question I guess. I just thought there would be some way to drag and drop entire folders. This is a very impractical system. Is it all cloud systems or just Cox that does this?

You can do that too. Sign on to drive.cox.com and select the Software link in the upper right. Install "Drag & Drop Backup". It will open a "file manager" with direct drag & drop access to the cloud drive. I think this will do what you want. Note: this is Windows only, the app is not available for Mac.

Should be on your desktop. It will look like icon below. Take note that it will probably be on your classic desktop, and not the Metro UI. Besides that, its pretty straight forward. Did the program complete installation? Maybe do a search for "Drag and Drop Backup" incase your Windows put it someplace unique.

Double click on that icon will open the file manager with a list of folders in your cloud drive. You can drag & drop into any folder or create a new one.
