HORRIBLE download speeds in Van Buren Arkansas

Question

I am getting horrible download speeds for the last few days. I have removed my router and I am going straight into the Modem. I freshly installed Windows 7 ultimate and everything has been reset multiple times.  I've got a 55ms Ping, 0.36Mbps download and a 6.24Mbps upload.. Are there any network problems that I should be aware of

I'm having same prob. I called about it they know and are working on it so they told me. Hope it will be back soon. haven't had anything like this happen for a long time.

I have noticed 2 days in a row the speed was good when I get up at 530. 25+ Mbps. But when I get home at 6pm .5 Mbps or worse, Throttling???
