My HD channels -- primarily the 800 movie channels -- are apparently having weak signal problems. About 3-5 times per hour the display will flicker and will briefly flash a message box with an 800 number to call for technical problems. The box doesn't stay on screen long enough to read completely. I've subscribed to the Advanced Plus package with whole home DVR since it was offered and have only had this problem for the past couple of weeks. There have been no changes in equipment, wiring, etc.

mels - sorry to hear you are having issues w/ your HD channels. A couple questions:
Often times a "box hit" will help resolve issues like this one. You can learn how to initiate a box hit by viewing our article on Resetting Your Cable Connection.

Thanks for the reply. This issue has occurred for the past few weeks, although we have had the Cisco boxes and whole home DVR service for nearly a year. The issue still happens intermittently even as of this morning - but only seems to affect the HD movie channels. The issues are definitely not weather related. We have tried box hits and resetting the boxes and that does not solve the problem.
