Hallmark movie channel stuck on commercial
Around 12:30 am I switched to channel 75 HMM but it got to a commercial and won't go any further. I can rewind it but then it will stop at the same point and won't go past it and tried again at 7 am and the same commercial is still playing. All other channels are playing fine. Any ideas?

Do you have multiple receivers in the home repeating this, or just one? Is this Live TV on HMC or a recording saved to the Set Top Box (STB)? If it is just happening to one receiver: A step I'd recommend would be to unplug the power to the STB for 20 seconds. Once the power is plugged back in allow it to load completely. If there is a clock on this receiver, power the STB back on once the time is restored, and check your channels. The guide may say "No Data", but this should return anywhere from 1-30 minutes.
