Glitches

As of this morning, all incoming and outgoing calls for my Cox phone are shown as having occurred at 9PM.  What's with that?

All mine are timestamped as 11:00 PM.  If the program on the server is beyond your technical abilities, get rid of it.

Thanks, ReneeG...I suspect that Cox Communications getting into the phone business with all the attractive, accompanying features such as 'Phone History' is being rued by management high and low.  It just seems that one problem is solved, then another crops up, doesn't it?  I wonder whether the biggies of Cox have given any consideration to offering "bundles" that only include internet and TV service, and not insist that customers also subscribe to the telephone service to benefit by bundling?  The phone peripheries seem to be the big elephant in the room as far as causing recurring headaches for all of us..

I know it's likely you, as the frontline for customer responses, don't control such big business decisions, ReneeG, so thanks for the help you give...I'm sure it must be as frustrating for you and your peer techies as it is for us customers.
