Frenquently down internet

,my location is 85015...always hard time with cox,hard to reach coustomer call and service.Coustomer service rep drops the phone and chat seesion even not finish yet.Especially internet is down for 2 or 3 days,I'm busy life,try to call Cox service gives me headach.
