Fox Sports Go
I have a cox cable tv account in Las Vegas which includes FS1, FS2, and Fox. When I attempt to log into the Fox Sports Go app on my Iphone using my Cox ID I get the following message:
Access to FoxSportsGo is restricted by your TV provider. Please contact your TV provider to subscribe.
VALIDATE_NOT_AUTHORIZED
i don't have this issue with the ESPN app.

Does this error message occur after you've attempted to access particular content, or immediately upon launching and signing in to the app? Some content in Fox Sports Go is tied to channels other than FS1 and FS2 and different tiers than other content. I've even seen some content be restricted by location.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I get various messages but after it appears I am actually getting into the app (message: you are authorized to watch this content) nothing else appears. In other words, it appears to log me in but the app has no selections available. Nothing comes up on the screen.

Hi again. I probably should have done this in the first place, but I deleted the app and reloaded it and now I can get in. Sorry for the confusion. I guess a bad download the first time. It did seem to take longer to download the second time so maybe the first was missing something. Thanks again.
