Fox Sports 2 not available
According to my July bill, "On August 19, 2015 Fox Sports 2 channel 243 will become part of the Essential lineup and will be removed from the Sports & Info pak lineup." This channel is still not available via the Mini Box on the Essential package. When will this actually happen?

While the mini box channel lineup will include the majority of the Digital Essential channels, not all channels in the Digital Essential tier are available through the mini box. The exceptions vary by market and depend on our contractual obligations to each network in that particular market. I apologize for the confusion!
