Fluxuating Internet Strength

Hi!

I am paying for the ultimate Internet monthly which says I am supposed to be receiving up to 150 down and 20 up, but what seems to be occurring is that the service fluxuates horribly. One minute I will have amazing connection, then I will be down to their lowest service possible. I was wondering if this has happened for anyone else, or if its just the service can't hold itself.

What do you mean " lowest service possible". Do you mean speed or wireless signal? If wireless, do you have a router or gateway?

Also, why do people use tags? Do they think it helps?

I mean speed. I should be getting great speeds with how much I am paying. The good speeds are very VERY brief. And I used tags because they were there and I have never been on this forum so I didn't know if it helped.

Can you define "good"? How are you measuring your speed? Can you post the results?

I guess I should have asked what the tags are for, not why you used them. Maybe it helps with the search engine? Some people write in insulting tags and really spamm it, but looking at yours, I can understand. Apologies if I came off confrontational.

"Good" speeds being like 150 down and 30 up. They do not last long. I'll check 5 minutes later and see 40 down and 3 up.

The tags I used are part of the "select tags..." tab. I just checked off a couple and went forward haha.

There it is again.

Keep moving toward the light. Don't look back. It's not too late.
