Cable costs way too much to not be able to watch Monday Night football because the picture is totally pixellating. Who do I talk to about a discount on my bill?

I'm having the same problem.. Well so far everyone I know is having the same problem. The signal is breaking up really bad, digital and analog. Its especially bad whenever a football game is on.

I've been having the exact same problem for almost a year. It's not just ESPN for me, it's a number of the HD channels. Noticed last night on NBC during Sunday night football. Very frustrating and multiple calls to support have not resolved it.

What you are describing is called tiling. Tiling comes from a loss of signal. I suggest checking the cable. Is it straight from the wall to the receiver or is there a splitter? If so, bypass the splitter and see if the issue continues. If there isn't a splitter, swap the cable ends, so what's in the wall put in the receiver and vice versa.
If you are still having a problem, I suggest getting a technician out to get this resolved. We schedule 7 days a week, in 2 hour time slots, 8-10, 10-12, 1-3, 3-5, and 5-7. Please email me at cox.help@cox.com with the best day and time and I will see if it's available.
